M/S SIGMA is a proprietary AI Startup located in Kolkata, State of West Bengal, India, PIN : 700096 registered with the Kolkata Municipal Authority & Indian Ministry of MSME, with Banking Partner as SBI and Online Payment Gateway Partner with Paypal, Razorpay and Phonepe, which owns and operates the web application accessible at WWW.ICAM.DIGITAL and the associated Mobile App as well, along with all payment gateways activated herein where payment received from users will bear the name ICAM.DIGITAL (owned by M/S SIGMA) in their account statement from the respective payment gateway.

    1. Overview

      M/S SIGMA is a proprietary AI Startup located in Kolkata, State of West Bengal, India, PIN : 700096 registered with the Kolkata Municipal Authority & Indian Ministry of MSME, with Banking Partner as SBI and Online Payment Gateway Partner with Paypal, Razorpay and Phonepe, which owns and operates the web application accessible at WWW.ICAM.DIGITAL and the associated Mobile App as well, along with all payment gateways activated herein where payment received from users will bear the name ICAM.DIGITAL (owned by M/S SIGMA) in their account statement from the respective payment gateway.


    2. User Agreement

      This Refund & Cancellation Policy as an Agreement is entered into by and  between M/S SIGMA (herein referred to as WWW.ICAM.DIGITAL – as the website WWW.ICAM.DIGITAL along with the associated mobile app is a fully owned Brand Name of M/S SIGMA with all products and services sold through the website WWW.ICAM.DIGITAL is the property of the parent registered company M/S SIGMA ) and you and is made effective as of the date of your use of this website (“Site”) or the date of electronic acceptance. During electronic purchase of the services from this website application WWW.ICAM.DIGITAL and on successful transaction this Agreement automatically becomes valid for all users collectively from the moment they become valid customers of Products or Services purchased from WWW.ICAM.DIGITAL.  This Agreement sets forth the Generalized Refund & Cancellation Terms and Conditions of your use of the Site and the products and services purchased or accessed through this Site (individually and collectively, the “Services”). Services Agreements and additional policies apply to certain Services and are in addition to (not in lieu of) this Agreement.


    3. Refund Eligibility
      • No Refund of AI Credits & Tokens: As the API credits also referred as AI Tokens are electronically consumable items sourced from our 3rd party partners, hence we as a policy will not provide any refund after purchase.

      • Time Limit: For exceptional cases refund requests must be made within 1 hour of your purchase. After this period, we cannot process any refund requests.

      • Credit Usage: If you have used equal to or more than 01 credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.


    4. How to Request Refund

      If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

      A) Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at automatic@icam.digital

      B) Provide Details: Include your account details, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

      C) Submit Within 1 hour: Ensure your request is submitted within 1 hour of your purchase.


    5. Refund Processing

      Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome soon. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


    6. Changes to Refund and Cancellation Policy

      We reserve the right to update our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.


    7. No Refund and Cancellation Policy

      No Refund After Account Closure. If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.
